Dr Rolf Fredheim is Principal Scientist in the Technical and Scientific Development Branch of the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence in Riga, Latvia. Rolf leads the Centre’s data science research into malicious activity by bots and trolls on social media. This work is published quarterly under the title ‘Robotrolling’.

Before joining the Centre, he worked as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge. He holds degrees from the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, and Trinity College Dublin.
